1. Who we are
HudsonDesk (Hosam Hassan LLC) operates a coworking space at 7000 JFK Blvd E #M2, Guttenberg, NJ 07093. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book or contact us, how we use it, and who we share it with. Questions: hello@hudsondesk.com.
2. What we collect
When you book or register, we collect your name, email address, booking details (dates, pass type), and payment information. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored by us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
When you visit our website, our host receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type as part of normal web traffic. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall site usage, such as page views and which sites refer visitors to us. It is cookieless, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile or identify you individually. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If you visit the space, common areas may be recorded by security cameras (see Section 5).
3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and confirm your bookings, take payment, send booking-related emails (confirmations, access details, renewal notices), respond to your questions, and keep the space and our records secure. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business:
Stripe — processes payments. Your card details are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
Resend — sends our booking and account emails, which include your email address.
Vercel — hosts our website and provides cookieless Web Analytics. It processes basic technical request data to serve the site and to produce aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Security cameras
Common areas of the space are monitored by security cameras for safety and security only. Footage is retained for approximately 30 days and then automatically overwritten, unless we need to keep a specific clip longer to investigate an incident.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Camera footage follows the schedule in Section 5.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email hello@hudsondesk.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time; we will still send essential booking and account messages while you have an active booking or membership.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
